Shipping policy

  1. As soon as an Agreement is entered into, goods will be delivered to the Buyer using the selected shipping method.

  2. In most cases, orders are shipped within one or two business days (provided that the goods are in stock). Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Fridays are processed the following week. In certain situations, however, the Seller may ship goods at a later time.

  3. If the Buyer orders goods to be shipped by an external shipper, the date and time of delivery are determined by the shipper.

  4. The Buyer undertakes to allow ordered goods to be delivered and to accept delivered goods.

  5. Customers in the Czech Republic are charged only the total amount stated at the end of the order form.

    Delivery Outside the Czech Republic

  6. We offer international shipping to any location worldwide with the exception of:
    i. Russia
    ii. Belarus
    ii. If an address/country is not accepted as the delivery address in the order form, contact customer support at eshop@rouvy.com
  7. If, following the entry into an Agreement, the shipper determines that goods cannot be delivered to the requested address, the Seller will without delay notify the Buyer and will attempt to find a solution to delivering the order. If such a situation cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of both Parties, the Seller has the right to unilaterally rescind the Agreement.

  8. Customers from countries other than the Czech Republic (“international customers”) should be aware that their home country may levy additional charges in connection with goods ordered from the Czech Republic, for example, additional taxes or customs duties, which the Seller is unable to determine accurately in advance.
  9. In cases where orders are shipped outside the Czech Republic, the shipment includes all documents necessary for being processed by authorities in the destination country.

  10. International customers receive information to the foregoing effect before completing an order to allow them to determine whether the order is subject to additional charges.

  11. By completing an order, international customers agree and acknowledge that they may be required to pay additional charges in connection with shipping the order to a destination outside the Czech Republic.

  12. The present Shipping Policy enters into effect and into force on 21.2.2024
