The gift card sent in electronic form is intended to be used to pay for purchases on eshop.rouvy.com. Place the goods you want to pay for with the gift card in the shopping cart and when filling in the contact details, enter the code in the marked field in the upper right part. The purchase price will then be reduced by the value of the gift card.
Terms of use:
- The value indicated on the gift card will be deducted from the price of your purchase in the online store at eshop.rouvy.com.
- The gift card is not redeemable for money. The value of the gift card does not have to be used in one go. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining funds from the gift card can be used on the next purchase.
- The balance of the gift card can be verified at the "View Gift Card" link in the confirmation email or by sending a request to eshop@rouvy.com.
- For goods for the purchase of which a gift card has been redeemed, you may be refunded (in the event of cancellation of the purchase contract or in the event of a legitimate claim) by means of a replacement gift card or by creating an adequate credit for the purchase of other goods.
- The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, after which the gift card becomes invalid.
- The gift card can only be used to pay for purchases in the online shop at eshop.rouvy.com. It does not apply to Third Party Goods.
- By downloading the gift card and displaying the code, you agree to the terms and conditions for the use of the gift card.
- Once the value of the gift card has been used up to pay for a purchase on eshop.rouvy.com, the gift card becomes invalid.
- Purchase of goods is subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of the company at https://eshop.rouvy.com/policies/terms-of-service
- The gift card cannot be replaced in case of loss.
- The buyer is not entitled to resell the voucher to third parties. If he does so despite this prohibition, he is fully liable for any damages incurred by third parties.
