What payment methods can I use?

You can pay using supported payment methods available for your billing address and the item you're purchasing. Supported payment methods include:

Where is financing available?

Financing is available in Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Financing availability depends on the provider and eligibility requirements.

Do you offer pre-sales or backorders?

No. We don't currently offer pre-orders or accept backorders. If an item is out of stock, check back later for inventory updates.

Can I add items to or cancel an order after it’s been placed?

No. Once an order has been placed, it can't be changed or canceled. Eligible items may be returned after delivery.

Can I try Zwift before becoming a member if I purchase from the Zwift Shop?

Yes. You can try Zwift with a Free Trial.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

EU countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Some Zwift equipment is also available through Wahoo, which ships to additional countries.

Do you ship to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, or Herm)?

No, we don't currently ship to the Channel Islands.

Do you ship to Switzerland or Norway?

No, we don't currently ship to Switzerland or Norway.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, US territories, or military bases?

No. We don't currently ship to PO Boxes, US territories, or military bases.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is typically 3–5 business days in the US, UK, and EU.

Wahoo KICKR BIKE and Wahoo KICKR MOVE orders typically ship within 7 days of purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by location. Exact shipping costs are shown in your cart before checkout.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by signing in to your Zwift account at zwift.com.

Can I use a freight forwarder for my order?

No. We don't work with freight forwarders and don't provide or sign additional export documentation.

Do you provide export documents with orders?

Orders include an order confirmation. If you need an invoice for your order, contact Zwift Support.

Returns

What is the return policy for items purchased from the Zwift Shop?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Some items, including trainers and smart bikes, may have return shipping fees deducted from the refund depending on the product and region.

How do I return an item?

Most items purchased through the Zwift Shop can be returned through the self-service return portal for your region. If you want to return equipment, contact support for assistance.

Is the original shipping fee refundable?

No, original shipping fees aren't refundable.

Will I have to pay return shipping ?

It depends on the product type and region. Some equipment, including certain smart bikes, is subject to return shipping fees.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges aren't offered directly. To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order.

Equipment Purchases

What counts as equipment?

Equipment includes products such as Zwift Ride, Zwift Cog and Click Upgrade Kit, trainers, and compatible smart bikes sold through the Zwift Shop.

Does equipment include a Zwift membership?

No. Equipment purchases don't include a Zwift membership.

What warranty is offered on equipment?

Zwift equipment is covered by the Zwift Limited Warranty and Return Policy. Warranty information for Wahoo products is available from Wahoo.

Can I purchase additional product protection?

Yes. Product Protection is available through Extend for eligible equipment purchased through the Zwift Shop.

Can I purchase Zwift Ride through the UK Cycle to Work Scheme?

No, Zwift Ride isn't eligible for purchase through the UK Cycle to Work Scheme.
