Limited Warranty and Return Policy

Although you are browsing and placing your order through the ROUVY website, your purchase is made with and fulfilled by Zwift, Inc. ("Zwift"), which acts as the merchant of record and seller for all products sold through this store. Zwift is responsible for processing your order and payment, and appears as the seller on your payment statement. As a result, this Warranty and Return Policy is administered by Zwift, and all returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled by Zwift in accordance with its terms and conditions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your contract of sale is with Zwift and not with ROUVY.

1.0 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase made on Zwift.com you can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days after your delivery if you comply with this policy. Only Products that have been purchased directly from Zwift may be returned. Any ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents are subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the original cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it. (Authorized returns will typically be processed 3-5 days from the confirmed delivery).

Zwift-branded products - if returning a Zwift Hub, Zwift Play, or other Zwift-branded accessory (each, a "Product") please ensure you re-package the Product in its original packaging, including using the inner and outer carton that your Product was delivered in.

If your Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, due to improper use or negligence, Zwift reserves the right to refuse a refund at its sole discretion.

Only Products that have been purchased directly from Zwift may be returned. Some Products are subject to shipping costs for returns, please see the below chart for more details.

1.1 Zwift Equipment

For returning Zwift branded products please go to support.zwift.com and follow the instructions for returns under the Account and Orders section. If you're unable to return your item through our support pages, please contact us using orders@zwift.com. The original shipping fee is non-refundable and your return must be received by Zwift within 30 days of the date you received your applicable Zwift branded products.

1.2 Apparel and Other Gear

For a refund within 30 days of the purchase, apparel items must be unwashed, unworn, and with the tags attached. If your order was outside of the UK or EU, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. For customers in the UK or EU, any additional shipping fees outside of the standard shipping fee (e.g., expedited delivery fees) are non-refundable. If your package has been confirmed as received back at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

For a refund within 30 days of the purchase for other gear: items must be undamaged, clean, no signs of wear and tear, with no missing accessories, cords, adapters, and documentation. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If your return package has been confirmed as received back at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. 1.3 Canceling an Order

We do not offer cancellations at this time. Please follow the returns process above as we have slightly different steps depending on the product.

1.4 Exchanging an Item

With Zwift’s fast shipping we currently do not accept exchanges, you can easily return your item by following our returns process and placing a new order for the item you'd like instead. If your item falls under a warranty issue and is within the warranty period, please contact our Zwift Community Support team by visiting support.zwift.com or by using orders@zwift.com so we can help resolve your issue!

2.0 Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies only if you are a consumer and purchased your Zwift branded equipment and training accessories specified below (each a “Training Product”) from Zwift.com or an authorized retailer.

 

Training Products Covered by the Limited Warranty:

The Limited Warranty applies to the following Training Products:

  • Zwift Ride Smart Frame

  • Zwift Runpod

  • Zwift Cog and Click

  • Zwift Ride Tablet Holder

  • Zwift Ride Multi-User Seatpost

  • Zwift Ride Adjustable Crank

 

Zwift warrants to the purchaser of a new Training Product that the Training Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable limited warranty period set out in the table below, when used as intended in a non-commercial, in-home, indoor setting, under normal conditions, with only Zwift instructed modifications, and in accordance with all Zwift instructions and requirements in its published guidelines, Website, and directions (the “Limited Warranty”). Any other use of the Training Product shall void this Limited Warranty.

 

The Limited Warranty:

  • applies to the Training Products for the warranty period that starts from the date of your purchase as documented by a valid proof of purchase – e.g., receipt or invoice and continues for the period set out below (the “Warranty Period”);

  • applies only to the Training Products bought from Zwift.com or an authorized retailer;

  • applies only against defects discovered within the applicable Warranty Period;

  • is valid only in the regions where Zwift or Zwift authorized retailers are permitted to sell and ship (the “Authorized Regions”); and

  • is valid during the warranty term specified below.

Zwift’s sole obligations under this Limited Warranty are as specified in the Remedies section, below.

 

Warranty Period

Our limited warranty is valid for a 2-year period in the EU and UK and for a 1-year period in all other Authorized Regions.

Our limited warranty will be extended to the extent required by the mandatory laws of the jurisdiction where the Training Product was first delivered to the customer.

Our warranty obligations are strictly limited to the country of original delivery. We are not obligated to provide warranty services or support for the Training Product in any other jurisdiction, even if it is an Authorized Region.

2.1 What Does it Cover

The Limited Warranty applies to the Training Products for the applicable Warranty Periods. The Limited Warranty applies against defects and issues discovered within the Warranty Period and only applicable to the Training Products.

The Limited Warranty applies to the components and all original parts that come with the Training Product against defects in workmanship and materials.

AS AN IMPORTANT NOTE, ANY ATTEMPT TO REPAIR ZWIFT TRAINING PRODUCTS CREATES A RISK OF INJURY OR POSSIBLE PROPERTY DAMAGE. ZWIFT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY INCURRED DURING, OR AS A RESULT OF, ANY MOVING OF EQUIPMENT, REPAIRS, OR ATTEMPTED REPAIR OF EQUIPMENT BY ANYONE OTHER THAN AN AUTHORIZED ZWIFT SERVICE TECHNICIAN OR DIRECTED REPAIRS FROM ZWIFT CUSTOMER SERVICES. ALL MOVES OR REPAIRS ATTEMPTED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY NOT AUTHORIZED ARE UNDERTAKEN AT YOUR OR THEIR OWN RISK AND ZWIFT SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY ARISING FROM SUCH ATTEMPTED REPAIRS OR IMPROPER HANDLING.

2.2 What is Not Covered

Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not apply to:

  1. Damage, injury, or equipment failure due to accident, abuse, improper or abnormal use, neglect, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic (or any other change in cosmetic appearance that does not affect performance), theft, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing or other natural disasters or acts of God of any kind, electrical wiring, power reduction, power fluctuation or power failure from whatever cause, unusual atmospheric conditions, collision, introduction of foreign objects, or modifications that are unauthorized or not recommended by Zwift.

  2. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and other cosmetic failures, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

  3. Damage, injury, or equipment failure due to any other Zwift product or services, non-Zwift products or labor, units that are, or that Zwift reasonably believes to be, stolen, counterfeit, or purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller, or used outside the countries listed above, or units missing serial numbers.

  4. Software, even if sold with or embedded (e.g., firmware and/or system software) in the Training Product (“Zwift Software”), or Internet connectivity. Zwift does not warrant that the operation of the Training Product or any Zwift Software incorporated therein will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please refer to the applicable licensing agreement that covers such Zwift Software for details of your rights with respect to its use.

  5. Non-Zwift branded products, even if packaged or sold with Zwift Training Product.

  6. Damage, injury, or equipment failure due to normal wear and tear, improper or negligent assembly, maintenance, installation, relocation (not done or directed by Zwift Customer Support), including liquid damage, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in electrical current supplied to the Training Product, or extreme environmental conditions.

  7. Damage, injury or equipment failure due to use (or attempted use) of the Training Product with parts or accessories from third parties, or with parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with our products, or any use contrary to the instructions that shipped with your Training Product, or any use contrary to the instructions and requirements in Zwift’s published guidelines, Website, and directions.

  8. Damage, injury or equipment failure due to use or attempted use of the Training Product in a commercial setting (e.g., gym, fitness studio, etc.)

2.3 Exclusive Remedies

The remedies stated in this section are your sole and exclusive remedies in the event of a covered defect. If a defect in the Training Product arises and a valid claim is received by Zwift within the applicable warranty period, Zwift will, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the Training Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the Training Product with a new or refurbished Training Product. If Zwift, in its sole discretion, determines it is not reasonable to replace the defective Training Product, Zwift may refund to you the purchase price paid for the Training Product. You may be responsible for payment of shipping and handling charges for the delivery of a repaired or replacement Training Product, except where prohibited by applicable law. Any replacement Training Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) calendar days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.4 How to Obtain Warranty Service

To submit a Warranty claim or to get support for your product that is covered under the Limited Warranty contact our Zwift Community Support team by visiting support.zwift.com or by using warranty@zwift.com. You must provide your name, contact information, and the serial number of your Training Product. We may also require that you provide proof of purchase, and you must otherwise follow our procedures for obtaining warranty service.

In the event that a Warranty claim is approved, the customer must return the affected product to Zwift in accordance with the return instructions provided. Failure to return the product within 30 days of receiving such instructions will result in the customer being held financially responsible for the replacement product. Replacement frames, handlebars, trainers and other hardware that are not returned are subject to a fee equal to the full retail price of the product at the time of original purchase. Zwift reserves the right to charge the customer for the unreturned item using the original payment method or by issuing an invoice payable upon receipt and by any other remedy available at law.

2.5 Disclaimers and Limitations

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN BY ZWIFT AND SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR, CONTRARY, OR ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY STATUTORY WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW. IN SUCH EVENT, SUCH WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or condition, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on the applicable jurisdiction.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZWIFT’S LIABILITY OF ANY KIND INCLUDE ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF PROPERTY OR PROFITS, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT OR USE, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE, USE, REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF YOU OR ZWIFT SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

2.6 Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may require the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
